BOARD OF APPEALS <br />April 13, 1977 <br />' Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey, Vice Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Robert M. Gary, Associate <br />Natalie Riffin, Associate <br />The above members and associate members met in the Legion Room, Cary <br />Memorial Building, specifically for the purpose of voting on the petition of <br />Lexington Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Peking Garden Restaurant, 27 Waltham St., <br />to enlarge restaurant facilities and use adjacent premises, formerly occupied <br />by Stevens Market, Inc., at 7:15 p.m. <br />Lexington Enterprises, Inc. requested a special permit under the Town of <br />Lexington Zoning By-laws to enable it to enlarge its restaurant facilities <br />and use the adjacent premises and lot of land located at 31 Waltham Street, <br />formerly occupied by Stevens Market, Inc., for the purpose of extending its <br />restaurant use. Petitioner has an agreement with the owners of the premises <br />at 31 Waltham Street to purchase the property. The addition is to be in <br />accordance with the plan entitled "Addition to Peking Garden, Morehouse and <br />Chesley Architects" dated February 22, 1977. <br />The hearing was held on April 7, 1977, decision postponed to April 13. <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead made the motion to grant the petition with restrictions. <br />' Ruth Morey seconded the motion. <br />The Vote: <br />In favor: George P. Wadsworth, Ruth Morey, Woodruff M.
