BOARD OF APPEALS <br />January 6, 1977 <br />The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Thursday, January 6, 1977 to con- <br />tinue deliberations and discussion in order to arrive at a decision on the <br />Drummer Boy, Phase II petition. See December 30, 1976 hearing minutes. <br />Present were: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Ruth Morey, Vice Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />After careful consideration of all the facts presented to the Board at <br />two posted meetings, the Board voted to grant the special permit and variances. <br />The decision is contained in nine pages posted with the Town Clerk. <br />The motion to grant was made by Irving H. Mabee. It was seconded by <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead and passed unanimously. Both the special permit and <br />the variances contain certain conditions.
