BOARD OF APPEALS <br />December 11, 1976 <br />Members of the Board of Appeals met at ten o'clock on this Saturday morn- <br />ing in the parking lot behind Lexington Town Offices, joining members of the <br />Planning Board, a member of the Board of Selectmen, a member of the Design <br />Advisory Committee and others, and boarded a bus for a tour of the Drummer <br />Boy Green housing off Bedford Street and Winter Street to view the site prior <br />to a hearing to be held on December 30, 1976 by the Board of Appeals in regard <br />to a written petition from the Trustees of Drummer Boy Green for a special <br />permit and variances to construct Phase II with 80 more dwelling units. <br />The tour was sponsored by Richard E. Dobroth, Executive Vice President <br />of Spaulding and Slye, Trustees of Drummer Boy Trust, who issued the invitation. <br />Board members present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Regular Member <br />Thomas G. Taylor, Regular Member <br />Clarence Turner, Associate Member <br />and also Evelyn F. Cole, Administrative Clerk. <br />No formal decisions or votes were made.
