1976 (mid September) -AN UPDATE- (mid September) 1976 <br />Board of Appeals Changes <br />On September 15, 1976 Donald E. Nickerson resigned as Chairman of the <br />Board of Appeals. He had been appointed to the Board of Appeals by Leon <br />Bateman to fill the unexpired term of Errol Locke in February 1956. He served <br />20 years on the Board of Appeals. <br />On September 27, 1976 the Board of Selectmen appointed Thomas G. Taylor <br />a regular member of the Board of Appeals to fill the latest vacancy. Term <br />expires March 31, 1977. Mr. Taylor was first appointed an associate in 1973. <br />Regular members: (usual term 5 years) term expires <br />George P.
