1
1
October 15, 1974 (continued) -2
In open public session the Board made the following decisions:
Irving H. Mabee and Martha B. Mabee - granted unanimously subject to the
following conditions:
1. No house shall be built on Lot A any nearer than where the lot
widens out, approximately 240 feet from Tavern Lane.
2. Any provisions of the Wetland Protection Act under the Conserva-
tion Commission must be observed according to a letter from the Conserva-
tion Commission, which states:
"The Conservation Commission notes that a considerable portion of the area
involved in this petition is seasonably wet as it contains springs and collects
water from the hill as it flaws toward the Munroe Brook between Munroe Tavern
and the Lexington Minute Men House. Therefore, if a variance is granted by
the Board of Appeals, a Wetlands Protection Act filing would be required
before any construction or earthwork begins in this area."
Kerrie Realty Trust - granted unanimously.
Lexington Gardens, Inc. - granted unanimously for 2 years. (exp. date 11/28/76)
Russell - granted unanimously.
Honeywell, Inc.- granted unanimously.
All pertinent material is on file in the Board of Appeals' office.
The meeting adjourned at 10:02 p.m.
Evelyn F.
