Poling, D.V.M. requested a variance from Section <br />25.69 to erect and maintain a building to be used as a hospital for the <br />practice of veterinary medicine adjoining the dwelling at 519 Lowell Street <br />which is to be used for his residence and for a variance of Section 27 to <br />maintain an existing dwelling at 519 Lowell Street which has a front yard <br />setback on Lowell Street of approximately 20 ft. instead of the required <br />15 ft. The hearing will be held in the Town Office Building on Tuesday, <br />July 9, 1974 at 8:00 P.M. <br />Following the hearings the Board made the following decisions, all in <br />public open meeting: <br />Starr - granted unanimously. <br />Rowe - granted unanimously. <br />Bromberg - granted unanimously. <br />The Lexington Historical Society - granted unanimously. <br />All pertinent material is on file in the Board of Appeals' office. <br />The Board deliberated further on the conditions of the permits granted <br />on July 2, 1974 to W.
