Hearings were scheduled and notices sent <br />as follows to all who received notice of the May 7 Hearing: <br />LEGAL NOTICE <br />This notice is to inform you that the Board of Appeals will continue the <br />hearing begun on May 7, 1974 on the petition of THE 115 KENDALL CORPORATION <br />AND TEKTRONIX, INC., CORNER OF HARTWELL AVENUE AND BEDFORD STREET, duly adver- <br />tised April 18 and 25 in the Lexington Minute -Man newspaper and notice sent to <br />you. The continued hearing is scheduled for 8 P.M., MAY 21, 1974, following <br />other hearings advertised for that date. George C. Sheldon, Vice Chairman <br />' Board of Appeals <br />May 8, 1974 <br />LEGAL NOTICE <br />THE 115 KENDALL CORPORATION AND TEKTRONIX, INC. have requested to continue <br />their hearing before the Board of Appeals until MAY 28, 1974. <br />This hearing begun May 7, 1974 and, which by notice was continued to May <br />21, will NOT be heard on May 21. <br />The hearing is hereby continued to MAY 28, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. in the <br />SELECTMEN'S MEETING ROOM of the TOWN OFFICE BUILDING. <br />Acting Chairman, George C. Sheldon <br />Board of Appeals <br />May 15, 1974 <br />On May 28, 1974 the Board gave further consideration to the subject of the <br />petition, the evidence presented by the petitioner and others in open public <br />meeting. Mr. Conroy represented the petitioner. Mr. Lenox, Mr. Colangelo, Mr. <br />Keshian, Mr. Nylander and Mr. Ray Cone, chief architect for Tektronix, were all <br />present. (See THE 115 KENDALL CORPORATION AND TEKTRONIX, INC, hearings.) <br />On May 30, 1974 the petition was withdrawn by The 115 Kendall Corporation <br />and Tektronix, Inc., by their attorney, Frederick J.
