r <br />February 20, 1913 hearings continued: <br />' purchase in September 1973. <br />1 <br />Page 2 <br />Following the hearings the Board made the following decisions, all in <br />open meeting. <br />Bernard Huang - granted unanimously subject to the condition that it be <br />erected within one year from date. <br />Varian Associates - granted unanimously. <br />Robert E. Burbidge - denied on a vote of 4 to 1, Mr. Sheldon voting in favor. <br />Guiseppe M. Vitale - granted unanimously. <br />Louise M. Gauthier, Elise G. Palis, and Louis B. Gauthier - granted unanimously <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Milliken Road is to continue to be a private driveway, over which the <br />owners of lot 58A are to retain rights of access. <br />2. No additional houses are to be constructed with frontage on Milliken <br />Road, whatever the division of land, except in conformance with a subdivision <br />approved under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />3. This variance is subject to any rules or regulations that the Board of <br />Health might impose for an adequate septic system. <br />N. A. McLeod - denied unanimously. <br />All pertinent material is on file under the name of each petitioner in <br />the Board of Appeals' office. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:25 p.m. <br />Evelyn F.
