BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 2, 1973 <br />' At 7:15 p.m. regular board members, Nickerson, Sheldon, Wadsworth and <br />Mrs. Morey, and associate members Brodhead, Reed and Clarke met in public <br />session in Room G 15 of the Town Office Building. The first order of busi- <br />ness was to continue discussion of the Albert R. Piantedosi petition for a <br />variance from the zoning by-law to allow for the temporary parking of not <br />more than fifteen (15) motor vehicles on the lot owned by the applicant at <br />443 Lincoln Street. The Board voted unanimously on December 12, 1972 to <br />grant the petition subject to town counsel's reviewing of the wording of <br />the permit. Advice from Town Counsel indicated that the Board had the right <br />to make the decision. The permit will be filed as usual with the Town Clerk. <br />At this meeting a picture, which was later rejected, was taken for the <br />town report. <br />At 7:30 p.m. hearings were held on the following petitions,': notice hav- <br />ing been mailed to the petitioners, to the owners of all property deemed by <br />the Board to be affected thereby as they appear on the most recent local tax <br />list, to town boards and officials who will or might be affected by decisions <br />made, and also advertised in the Lexington Minute -man: <br />The Lexington Professional Building Trustees, Alfred P. Tropeano and Gladys E. <br />Tropeano, Trustees --permission to maintain two approximately 24" by 29" two <br />faced hanging signs, one bearing the inscription "The Professional Building" <br />' and the other being a directional and parking sign, as presently exists at the <br />land with the buildings thereon numbered 114 Waltham Street. This petition is <br />filed to vary the applicable provisions of the Town of Lexington Sign By -Law. <br />The 115 Kendall Corporation - permission to erect a standing sign at 27-29 <br />Hartwell Avenue, Lexington. <br />Alan W. Ricketts, Jr. and Anne Ricketts - permission to vary the zoning by-law <br />so as to maintain on the property known as and numbered 90B Hancock Street an <br />existing dwelling house 12'8" from the northwesterly side line instead of the <br />required 15' and an existing attached greenhouse 8'8" from the said northwesterly <br />side line instead of the required 15'. <br />Louis W. Slocomb and Pauline J. Slocomb - variance from the present zoning by- <br />law requirements, allowing the petitioners to obtain a building permit to con- <br />struct a single family residence on a parcel of land at 54 Dexter Road. Said <br />parcel is shown as lots 36 and 37 on Block 22, on a plan of land recorded in <br />the Land Court. All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be loca- <br />ted as shown on a subdivision plan, as approved by the Court, filed in the <br />Land Registration Office, a copy of which is filed in the Registry of Deeds for <br />the South Registry District of Middlesex County in Registration Book 118, Page <br />85, with Certificate 17512. <br />Malcolm Keljikian - permission <br />to park vehicles on <br />a parcel of land consisting <br />' <br />of 22,700 square <br />27 Massachusetts <br />feet, more or <br />Avenue and to <br />less, and located to <br />the north of the Boston <br />the rear of numbers 7 and <br />and Maine Railroad right <br />of way, as shown <br />on plan submitted. The applicant <br />has an option to purchase <br />this property. <br />(This petition <br />was withdrawn prior <br />to any decision.) <br />
