1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 24, 1971 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, August 24, 1971 at 7:30 p.m. in the selectmen's meeting room, <br />The Bird Room, Cary Memorial Building. Present were Vice Chairman <br />Abbott who presided over these hearings, regular members Dawes and <br />Sheldon, and associate members Emery and Reed. <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notice <br />having been mailed to the petitioners and to the owners of all property <br />deemed by the Board to be affected thereby as they appear on the most <br />recent local tax list and also advertised in the Lexington Minute -man: <br />Bruce M. Dayton - for a variance to permit the construction of <br />an addition to the premises at 16 Slocum Road, which would permit a <br />reduction of the front yard from the required 30' to 25'8". <br />James J. Myers - for a variance to permit the construction of <br />an addition to the premises at 11 Constitution Road with frontage of <br />25 feet instead of the required 30 feet. <br />William P. and Catherine M. Antonucci - for a variance to permit <br />the construction of an addition to the premises at 16 Green Lane, <br />which would reduce the front yard to 15 feet instead of 30 feet and the <br />' side yard to 10 feet instead of 15 feet. <br />Following the hearings the Board made the following decisions: <br />Bruce M. Dayton: permission unanimously granted to allow the construc- <br />tion of an addition in conformance with plans submitted and to allow a <br />front yard setback of 21'5" instead of the required 30'. <br />James J. Myers: permission unanimously granted to allow the construc- <br />tion of an addition according to plans submitted with 25' frontage <br />instead of the required 30'. <br />William P. and Catherine M. Antonucci - permission unanimously granted <br />to allow construction of an addition to the premises which would have <br />a minimum setback of 21' in place of 30' and a minimum side yard of <br />10' instead of 15'. <br />All pertinent material is on file under the name of each <br />petitioner. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />' Evelyn F.
