BOARD OF APPEALS <br />July 28, 1970 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, July 28, 1970, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's temporary <br />meeting room, The Bird Room, Cary Memorial Building. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, and regular members Abbott, Sheldon, Dawes and <br />.Wadsworth. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Louis J. Bakanowsky — variance on the front yard setback <br />requirement of 30 feet on the property located at 484 Concord <br />Avenue to allow the corner of a proposed two -car garage to project <br />over the setback line by 5 feet. <br />Kenneth L. and Marjorie C. Warden - permission to build a <br />lean-to greenhouse 3.5 feet x 14 feet on the south side of their <br />residence at 10 Constitution Road and a side yard variance reducing <br />it to 5 feet instead of the required 15 feet. <br />John F. Curran - variance of the Zoning By -Law that requires <br />a structure swimming pool) to be erected not less than 15 feet <br />from the lot line to read nine feet from the rear lot line of <br />5 Lillian Road. <br />Richard and Marie Belliveau - variance of the Zoning By -Law <br />to construct a one-story addition to their residence at 24 Oak <br />Street with a side yard of 8 feet instead of the required 15 feet. <br />Auto Engineering. Inc. — special permit under Sec. 25 of the <br />Zoning By -Law to erect and use for the business of an automobile <br />dealership proposed additions to the existing buildings on the <br />premises at 436 Marrett Road, occupied by the petitioners, and also <br />for variances from Sec. 27 to permit portions of said proposed <br />additions as shown on plans to be located less than 20 feet from <br />the rear lot line of the premises and to permit the areas marked <br />"Employees Parking: and "Parts Receiving Dock' on the plans to be <br />paved and used for parking purposes and as parts receiving dock, <br />respectively, although located within 10 feet of the rear lot lines <br />and a special permit under Sec. 35 to erect two signs, 22 feet in <br />height and 7 feet in diameter. <br />AnthonyR. Cataldo — permission to process and sell fruits and <br />vegetaa es at premises located at ::Gold Ribbon Farm, 1265 Massachusetts <br />Avenue. <br />Walnut Farm Trust — permission to build six enclosed tennis <br />courts with attached club house, parking for 70 cars, lighting for <br />driveway and parking area and sign shown on plan, to be located on <br />Walnut Street adjacent to 25 Walnut Street and bounded by land of <br />' Middlesex County. <br />
