BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 26, 1970 <br />' A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, May 26, 1970, at 7:30 p.m, in the Selectmen's .,Room, <br />Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular <br />members Abbott, Sheldon and Dawes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />James V. Cos.rove - permission to continue operation of a <br />roadside stand at 307 Wood Street for the purpose of selling <br />poultry, eggs, plants, produce and wood and also to sell Christmas <br />trees and wreaths in season. <br />Partridge Associat s Inc. — variance so that a home may be <br />built on lot #224 at 6 Barrett d. which will have a 22 ft. front <br />yard setback on one corner instead of the required 30 ft. <br />.Robert Cohen - special permit to allow the use of a portion <br />of a proposed dwelling at 3 Fessenden Way as an office of a <br />psychologist as provided for in Section 25.$1 of the Zoning By -Law. <br />John P. Carroll - permission to_.:pick up and keep cars, with- <br />out allowing them to be taken from trucks, overnight on the premises <br />known as 31 Allen Street, away from abutters and the street so as <br />' not to constitute an eye sore. <br />Robert H. Colbourne - variance to divide land at 38 Turning <br />Mill Road to create a lot B with a frontage of 102 ft. on Mountain <br />Road and an area of 319150 ft., and to maintain the dwelling on <br />this lot. The other portion of the land, lot A, will have its <br />frontage on Turning Mill Road and an area of approximately 3 acres. <br />Almar_io Realty Trust - finding and determination that the <br />proposed construction of a new office building to be located at <br />lot #7 Militia Drive will constitute a suitable development and <br />also for a variance to permit fewer parking spaces than the <br />minimum parking requirements. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the above requests were discussed and the following <br />decisions reached: <br />James V. Cosgrove - Renewal granted. <br />Partridge Associates, Inc. - granted. <br />Robert Cohen - granted. <br />John P. Carroll - granted with 7 conditions applied. <br />Robert H. Colbourne - granted. <br />Almarjo Realty Trust <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br />R. Dean Jo nson <br />Clerk <br />*Petition was withdrawn on June 112 1970. <br />
