BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />April 14, 1970 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, <br />April 14, 1970, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott, Sheldon, Wadsworth <br />and Dawes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />G. Arnold Haynes Incorporated - finding and determination that the <br />proposed office building to be located at 1034 Waltham St. in the CO district <br />will constitute a suitable development. <br />Peter Mengert - variance to allow the construction of a porch on the <br />west side of the existing dwelling at 15 Tucker Avenue with a side yard of <br />7 feet instead of the required 10 feet. <br />Norman N. Connolly - special permit approving as an accessory use, <br />in accordance with Section 25.81 of the Zoning By -Law, the use of a portion <br />of his residence at 736 Massachusetts Avenue for the operation of a law <br />office, incidental to his residence. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo a special permit to construct a buflding 94 feet <br />4 inches by 28 feet adjacent to the existing greenhouse at 1265 Massachusetts <br />Avenue for storage and sale of fertilizer. <br />Frank E. and Nancy R. Graham - permission to vary the Zoning By -Law so <br />as to maintain an existing dwelling on the property known and numbered <br />546 Lowell Street, a lot having insufficient frontage of 132 feet and <br />insufficient area of 14,644 sq. ft. <br />Campanelli INvestment Properties - finding and determination that <br />the proposed buildings are such that the construction will constitute <br />a suitable development on 4.6 acres of land, more or less, situated on <br />Hartwell Ave. contiguous to and northerly of 113 Hartwell Avenue. <br />Robert H. Colbourne - variance to divide the land area of about . <br />2 3/4 acres so that the existing dwelling will be on over 31,000 sq. `ft. <br />with 102 feet of frontage on 11 Mountain Road; the second lot, with 150 <br />feet of frontage on Mountain Road will be approximately 32,000 sq. ft. <br />in area. <br />Following the hearings, an executive session was held during which <br />the following decisions were made: <br />G. Arnold Haynes Inc. granted. <br />Peter Mengert-------------------------------------granted. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo--------------------------------denied. <br />Frank E. and Nancy R. Graham ----------------------granted. <br />Campanelli Investment Properties ----------------- granted. <br />Robert H. Colbourne-------------------------------denied. <br />Norman N.
