BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />1 March 3, 1970 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, <br />March 3, 1970, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Sheldon, Abbott, Wadsworth,and <br />Dawes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Campanelli, Inc. - permission to extend the time to maintain an existing sign <br />located at 101 Hartwell Avenue. <br />Lloyd H. Miller - permission to continue to operate a roadside stand at 973 <br />Concord Turnpike for the sale of poultry, eggs, fruit, vegetables and Christmas <br />trees and wreathes in season. <br />David Fudge & Son, Inc. - special permit under Section 25.68, for an addition <br />to the funeral home at 120 School Street. <br />John T. Spinelli Company - finding and determination under Section 12.2 and 13 <br />of the Zoning By -Law that the proposed office and warehouse building at 44 Hartwell <br />Avenue, shown on plans submitted herewith will constitute a suitable development. <br />John Sellars Company - variance from Section 25 of the Zoning By -Law to permit <br />the continued use of the premises at 430 Concord Avenue for the parking and main- <br />tenance of commercial vehicles as follows: (1) Existing commercial garage -parking <br />of trucks; (2) Exterior parking lot to rear of garage only for the parking of <br />trailers. <br />Following the hearings an executive session was held during which the following <br />decisions were made: <br />Campanelli, Inc. - Granted, with time expires September 3, 1971. <br />Lloyd H. Miller - Granted. <br />David Fudge & Son, Inc. - Qranted. <br />John T. Spinelli, Company - granted subject to recommendations by the <br />Planning Board and Town Engineer. <br />John Sellars Company - denied subject to a year to terminate this business. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />1 <br />R.
