BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />December 3, 1968 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, December 3, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town <br />Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members <br />Sheldon, Wadsworth and Associate Members Morey and Brodhead. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Julius G. Winkler - for a variance to permit the addition of a <br />garage to be attached to the house, and to build a living room 17.5' x <br />22' on top of the garage at 52 Albemarle Ave. The distance from the <br />addition will be 24.36' instead of the required 30' in a southeasterly <br />direction. <br />Donald J. & Susan M. Watson - for a variance to maintain the <br />dwelling at 5 Revere Street, having a front yard setback of 28.7' in- <br />stead of the required 30'. <br />Oscar Cormier - for a variance of the Lexington Zoning By -Law in <br />order to build a house on a lot at #11 Webster Rd., which contains <br />11,400 ft. instead of the required 15,500 ft. <br />Oneida Corp. (Drummer Boy_) - For a special permit to subdivide a <br />tract of land according to the planned unit development requirements <br />of the Town of Lexington. The tract of land is located at #495 Bed- <br />ford St., comprises approximately 50 acres of land and is more commonly <br />known as the "Drummer Boy" land. <br />Julius G.
