BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />February 14, 1967 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, February 14, 1967, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office <br />Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott, <br />Sheldon and Wadsworth, and associate member Clarke. <br />At 7:30 p.m. hearings were opened on the following petitions: <br />New England Telephone & Telegraph Company - permission to con- <br />struct and use a second floor addition approximately 46 ft. x 70 ft. <br />on the existing automatic dial telephone exchange building at 73 <br />Waltham St. within the C 2 district. <br />Honeywell, Inc. - for a Finding and Determination that a pro- <br />posed Research and Development facility to be occupied by Honeywell, <br />Inc. and to be located on Lot 5 (Forbes Rd.) in Minute Man Research <br />Park, Lexington, will constitute a desirable development, not detri- <br />mental to the area. <br />Nicholas A. Cannalonga - for permission to extend the present <br />building at Wagon Wheel Nursery, 927 Waltham St. 22 ft. by 26 ft. to <br />be used for storage and display purposes only. <br />' Trustees Hartwell Westview Trust - to vary the Lexington Zon- <br />ing By -Law in order to permit parking spaces for vehicles within a <br />15 -foot portion of the 25 -foot side yard area in the northwesterly <br />boundary at the rear of a building constructed for Weston Instruments, <br />Inc. at the corner of Hartwell Avenue and Westview St. <br />Following;;the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />N.E.Tel. & Tel. Co. - granted <br />Honeywell, Inc. - granted <br />Nicholas A. Cannalonga - granted <br />Trustees Hartwell Westview Trust granted for three years <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m. <br />Louise M.
