BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' July 6, 1965 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 6, 1965. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson and Members Abbott, Hoyt, Ripley and <br />Wadsworth. <br />Frederick and Na Wills - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law <br />in order7o u an addition '- onto their existing house at 21 Ellison Rd. <br />consisting of an enclosed porch which would have a side yard of 14.1 ft. <br />instead of the required 15 ft. <br />R. J. Biederman - for permission to construct an enclosed swim- <br />ming pool as an accessory building to the residence at 4 Saddle Club <br />Road, this building to include a swimming pool, deck, toilet facilities, <br />snack bar, and recreation room. <br />Janice M. Aldrich - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order <br />to erect a pre a rica a swimming pool at 39 York St. which would be 10 <br />ft. from the rear and one side line instead of the required 15 ft. <br />Lexington Indoor Tennis Club Corp. - for permission to construct, <br />operate, amaintain Tennis and Athletic Club upon land known as <br />"Drummer Boy" land located between numbers 459 and 505 Bedford St. <br />Harvey W. New ent - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order <br />to divl two lots at lb and 58 Reed St. into four lots which will not <br />' have the required area or frontage. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />At 7:30 P.M. the following hearings were declared open: <br />Viola T. Norlin - for permission to continue the operation of <br />The Lexington Manor Kindergarten in her home at 118 Burlington St. - <br />Lexini4on Montessori School, Inc. - permission to operate a <br />-school. <br />nursery;' and kindergarten ror 40-45 children in the morning and 25 <br />children in the afternoon, in the 1775 House, 130 Pleasant St. <br />Wilfred L. Morris - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order <br />to divide property at 47 Robinson Rd. into two plots; one of which would <br />have approximately 24,681 sq.ft. instead of the required 30,000 sq.ft. <br />Charles A. Gola - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order to <br />erect an addition to existing house at 79 School St. which would have an <br />8 ft. side yard instead of the required 10 ft. <br />Hassell E. Carroll - (d.b.a.
