BOARu OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />June 2, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, June 2, 1964 at 7:35 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office <br />Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Hoyt, Ripley, <br />Wadsworth, and associate member Morey. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Mrs. Viola Norlin for permission to continue operation of a kinder- <br />garten at her home, 118 Burlington Street. <br />Mr. Thomas Napoli for permission to continue operation of roadside <br />stand, known as Idylwilde Farm, on Marrett Road, for the sale of <br />farm and poultry products raised on the premises; also to sell <br />Christmas trees in season. <br />Anthony J. Travers for permission to erect a porch at 21 Chadbourne <br />Rd. which would have a 121bt? rear yard instead of the required 15 ft. <br />Mrs. John Webster for permission to vary the zoning by-law to erect <br />an addition at 21 Woodcliffe Rd. which would have a 24'311 setback in- <br />stead of the required 30 ft. <br />John H. Dyer for permission to maintain a house at 44 School St. which <br />has insufficient area, front setback, and side yard. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decision reached: <br />Viola Norlin - granted <br />Thomas Napoli - granted <br />Anthony J. Travers - granted <br />Mrs. John Webster - granted <br />John H. Dyer - postponed until next session for reason of insufficient <br />information in advertisement <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />under the name of each petitioner. <br />Mr. Nickerson read two letters from Town Counsel Legro, one relating to <br />a question referred by the Board to him relative to recording votes on Permits <br />or Denials issued by the Board. The other referred to the Corazzini and Hol- <br />man Hay cases. A general discussion of nursing homes was held until <br />at which time the meeting adjourned. <br />I <br />Louise M.
