BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 19, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, May 19, 1964, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson and regular <br />members Hoyt, Abbott, Ripley and Wadsworth. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />John L. Meaney for permission to erect a dwelling at 49 Ward <br />St. which would have an 8 ft. side yard instead of the required 10 ft. <br />John H. Devine for permission to divide existing lot at 19 Slocum <br />Rd. into three lots, each of which would have the required area but orae <br />would have only a 15 ft. frontage. <br />William A. Oliver for permission to erect a garage at 106 School <br />St. which would result in a 2 ft. side yard instead of the required 10 <br />ft. <br />Joseph F. Hill, Jr. for permission to build and conduct a nursing <br />home at 178 Lowell St. of class two construction conforming to the re- <br />John L. Meaney - granted <br />John H. Devine - denied <br />William A. Oliver - denied <br />Joseph F. Hill, Jr. - granted <br />Charles H. Drake - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. The meeting adjourned at <br />10:30 p.m. <br />Louise M.
