At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the above requests were discussed, and the following deci- <br />sions reached: <br />' Malcolm R. Saganich - Denied <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' <br />March 31, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, March 31, 1964, at 7:30 P.M. in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular mem- <br />bers Hoyt, Ripley and Wadsworth, and associate member Duffy. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Malcolm R. Gavin for permission to enlarge existing one -car <br />garage to a two -car garage on land at 24 Normandy Road which would <br />have approx. 7 ft. instead of the required 15 ft. side yard. <br />Albert J. Saganich for permission to construct a garage on land <br />at 3Shirley Street which would be 8 ft. from the side line instead <br />of the required 15 ft. <br />A & D Realty Trust for permission to erect a free standing sign <br />on Massachusetts Avenue in front of 141-145, sign to contain names of <br />present stores and one future store, size to be approxi 5' x 5'. <br />Elizabeth Boghosian for permission to erect an addition to their <br />home at 10 Green Lane which addition will result in a 13' side line <br />rather than a 15' side line, as required by the zoning by-law. <br />Francis A. Hansen for permission to use the premises at 311 <br />Marrett Road as a place of business for custom automobile upholster- <br />ing. <br />Brenda D. Szabo for permission to remodel for residential use <br />the wooden frame building located on that part of property at 48 Sum- <br />mit Road presently referred to in the Middlesex Registry of Deeds as <br />Lot 3, addressed as 47 Fern Street, and which would have 15 feet of <br />side yard instead of the required 30 feet. <br />John and Rosina Busa for permission to renew permit to sell farm <br />and nursery products raised on land owned by petitioners from packing <br />room portion of farm buildings situated at 52 Lowell Street. <br />Country -wide Offices Corp. for a variation for a set -back of 80 <br />feet instead of the required 100 feet on a large plot of land owned <br />by them in Lexington on which they have received a finding and deter- <br />mination to build a plant for the Burroughs Company.
