BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 25, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, February 25, 1964, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular mem- <br />bers Hoyt, Ripley and Wadsworth and Associate member Ruth Morey. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Angelo Busa for permission to continue operation of roadside <br />stand at 137 Grant Street for the same of vegetables and eggs. <br />Salvatore Cianci for permission to build a garage on his land <br />at 109 Shade Street which would have insufficient side yard. <br />Mrs. A. Belin_ski for permission to relocate a building on Lot <br />233 17 Webster Road, which because of a State taking is smaller than <br />that allowed under the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Teel & Morrell for permission to install a wooden sign on the <br />building at 703 Massachusetts Avenue which would be larger than that <br />permitted. <br />' Saddle Club Pool Corporation for permission to use Lot 17 Saddle <br />Club Road as a playground and private park for the residents of the <br />neighborhood and to construct on this property a non-commercial and <br />non-profit swimming pool, with the usual appurtenances thereto. <br />Harvel W. Newgent for permission to subdivide land located at 21 <br />Hastings Road in which the resulting lot would have more than the re- <br />quired area but less than the required frontage. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the above requests were discussed, and the following deci- <br />sions reached: <br />Apgelo Buss, - granted <br />Salvatore Cianci - Granted <br />Mrs. A. Belinski - Granted <br />Teel & Morrell - Granted <br />Saddle Club Pool Corp. - Withdrawn <br />Harvey W. Newgent - Withdrawn <br />Following the decisions the Board discussed the Planning Board's <br />request for more information on advertising, etc. Also it was felt <br />that the Planning Board generally did not get a letter in in time for <br />the Board to give consideration to the Planning Board's opinion. It <br />was decided to write to the Planning Board asking them for more time <br />in which to study their viewpoint, and also to inform them that the <br />
