BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 28, 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, January 28, 1964 at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town <br />Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, members Hoyt, Abbott, <br />Wadsworth and Duffy. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Pinecrest Realty Trust for permission to construct a one-story <br />brick nursing home of approximately forty-eight beds on a parcel of <br />land containing 3.3 acres on Watertown Street. <br />Moore Realty Trust for permission to maintain a building at Lot <br />47 Todd Road which has a set -back of only 29.78 feet instead of the re- <br />quired 30 feet and would have an insufficient side yard on one side by <br />a matter of 61' due to the overhang of the cornice. <br />Dr. William G. Graham for permission to erect a double-faced <br />wood colonial sign 22" x 30" on a single 4" x 4" post 71611 high. <br />Vito and Elizabeth Cannalonga for permission to continue ppera- <br />tion of a roadside stand under the trade name of Wagon Wheel Nursery on <br />' their property located at 927 Waltham Street, Lexington, to be used for <br />the sale of nursery products grown on said land. <br />Frank D. Walker for permission to erect a dwelling on Bacon St. <br />which is an unaccepted street. <br />At the close of the mearings an executive session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions <br />reached: <br />Pinecrest Realty Trust - Granted <br />Dr. William G. Graham - Denied <br />Moore Realty Trust - Granted <br />Vito and Elizabeth Cannalonga - Granted <br />Frank D. Walker - Withdrawn <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:25 P.T. / <br />Louise M.
