1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />November 26, 1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, November 26, 1963 at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town <br />Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, Members Hoyt, Ripley <br />and Wadsworth, and associate member Farwell. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. for permission to erect an addition to exist- <br />ing roadside stand adjacent to 6 Pleasant Street, approximately 30' x 15'. <br />Mae A. Gadpaille, for permission to open a school for children <br />between the ages of three to five in two two -and -a -half hour sessions, <br />ten children each session, at 958 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />Michael Iascone (Lexington Upholstering Co.) for permission to <br />erect a standing sign at 177 Bedford Street. <br />George F. and Helen E. Henderson for permission to build an <br />addition to the existing house at 51 Bloomfield Street which would have <br />insufficient side yard. <br />Richard's Lumber Co. for permission to operate a retail specialty <br />and building material business at 394 Lowell Street, Lexington. <br />RRA., Lexingt, n_Lod&e�220 , for permission to build a home <br />for their organization on parcel of land next to 979 Waltham Street. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions <br />reached: <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. - granted <br />Mae A. Gadpaille, - denied <br />Michael Iascone - granted <br />George F. and Helen E. Henderson - granted <br />Richard's Lumber Co. - <br />B.P.O.E. - Granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:15 P.M. <br />Louise M.
