BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />1 June �5, 1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, June 25, 1963 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Nickerson, <br />regular members Abbott, Hoyt, Ripley and Wadsworth. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Liberty Realty Trust for permission to add a second floor to the <br />existing building at 15-17-19 Depot Square. <br />Colonial Development Corp. to vary the zoning by-law with respect <br />to Lot 45 on Worthen Road in Colonial Acres Sec. 3, which lot has a front- <br />age'of 125', a part of which is on Worthen Road and the remainder of which <br />is on a curved line at the junction of Worthen Road and Kendall Road; and <br />also with respect to Lot 33 in Colonial Acres, Sec. 3, Lexington, which lot <br />has a frontage of 125' a part of which is on Sherburne Road and the re- <br />mainder of which is on a curved line at junction of Sherburne Road and <br />Kendall Road. <br />Parker E. Hallett for permission to maintain a single dwelling at <br />2270 Mass. Ave. on a lot which has insufficient area, and which dwelling <br />has an insufficient side yard. <br />' Berman's Market for permission to install an ice vending machine at <br />55 Mass. Ave. <br />John Stennes for permission to maintain existing dwelling at 253 <br />East Street which has insufficient setback from the abutting street, and <br />also to add a carport which would result in insufficient side yard. <br />Mystic Valle* Mental Health Assn,. for permission to operate a Child <br />Guidance Clinic at 22 Muzzey Street. <br />Albert Hamilton for permission to erect an addition to dwelling at <br />359 Lowell st. which would result in insufficient setback on the abutting <br />street, and also insufficient rear yard. <br />Calvin Brandford for permission to move steps from side of house to <br />front of house which would result in insufficient setback. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions reached: <br />Liberty Realty - granted <br />Colonial Development Corp. - granted <br />Parker E.
