I:1071;ii e)wr:y;li01:11f.Va013AIk) J <br />' May 28,1943 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, May 28, 1963, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building at <br />7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Hoyt, Ripley, <br />and Wadsworth, and associate member Morey. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Sherburne Swim Club for permission to use premises of two parcels <br />of land, Lots A and C on Bacon Street, for the purpose of erecting and <br />maintaining thereon a private park, playground and recreation buildings <br />and structures including a swimming pool, all of a non-commercial and <br />non-profit nature, together with an open air parking area for use in con- <br />nection with the foregoing. <br />C. H. McGee for permission to erect a metal sign with gold leaf <br />lettering, 10' x 31, at 703 Massachusetts Avenue on left side of the <br />building. <br />Michael P. George for permission to permanently maintain radio an- <br />tenna, 501 in height, with insufficient side yard at 161 Concord Avenue. <br />Nathaniel P. and Alice A. Blish for permission to maintain dwelling <br />at 150 Pleasant Street with insufficient setback on the abutting street. <br />Wesley C. Nelson for permission to erect single family dwelling at <br />19 Chase Avenue with a setback of 26' instead of the required 30', and a <br />setback on the abutting street of lbI instead of the required 201. <br />Liberty Realty Trust for permission to add a second floor to the <br />existing building at 15-17-19 Depot Square, Lexington <br />Donald R. Mellen for permission to maintain dwelling at 247 Marrett <br />Road which has insufficient side yards. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Sherburne Swim Club - denied <br />C. H. McGee - denied <br />Michael P. George - granted for five years <br />Wesley 0 Nelson - granted <br />Nathaniel and Alice Blish - granted <br />Liberty Realty Trust - denied <br />Donald R.
