BOARD OF APPEALS HERRINGS <br />April 9, 1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday.. April 9, 1963, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, <br />at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Nickerson, members Abbott, Hoyt, <br />Ripley and Wadsworth. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Techbuilt, Inc. for permission to erect a single family residence <br />and/or offer for sale as building lots for single family residences Lots <br />25 and 26 on Turning Mill Road, which lots have insufficient area due to <br />land taking bythe Commonwealth of Massachusetts. <br />Agnes J. Bongiorno for permission to use, and/or lease for use, a <br />building to be erected on land located at 165-201 Massachusetts Avenue, <br />Lexington, as a -place of business of a cleanser and dyer. <br />Agnes J. Bongiorno for permission to erect a temporary standing sign, <br />4' x 51, on land located at 165-201 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington. <br />Kingston Homes, Inc. for permission to subdivide Lot 1, Ingleside <br />Road, Lexington, into two lots neither of which would have required area or <br />frontage and one of which would face on Maple Street. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Techbuilt, Inc. - granted <br />Agnes J. Bongiorno - both granted <br />Kingston Homes - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />Ruth C.
