BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 12, 1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, February 12, 1963, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing. Present were Chairman Nickerson, members Hoyt, Ripley and Wads- <br />worth, and associate member Morey. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />F. J. Sanderson for permission to maintain house at 77 Wellington <br />Lane Ave. which will have a setback of approximately 26.5' instead of <br />the required 30'. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Leo Dunn for permission to erect a two -car garage <br />at 5d Hill St. which will have a side yard of only 1 ft. instead of <br />the required 15 ft., and a setback of 20 ft. instead of the required <br />30 ft. <br />Lexington Lodge B.P.O.Elks #2204 for permission to build a home <br />for their organization on parcel of land next to 979 Waltham St. <br />Robert T. Dunham. Jr. for permission to subdivide parcel of land, <br />' Lots 3 and 4. at 4 Sylvia St. on corner of Massachusetts Ave., leaving <br />existing dwelling on one part and building a new duplex dwelling on <br />the othar part. <br />Lexington Motor Inn for p;rmission to erect a directional sign, <br />3' x 10' on property of the Raytheon Company on Route 128 near Weston <br />St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions <br />reached: <br />[l <br />F.
