BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />November 203 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, November 20, 1962 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott, Hoyt and Wads- <br />worth, and associate member Sheldon. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Richard's Lumber Co., Inc. - permission to use a panel saw for the <br />occasional cu ting of lumber for the convenience of retail customers, ana <br />also to stack lumber outside when necessary due to lack of space inside <br />the building in connection with operation of a retail specialty and build- <br />ing material business at 394 Lowell St. <br />Silvio Ponte - permission to sell Christmas trees and wreaths at <br />118 Lowell Sit. a -ween December 10 and December 25, 1962. <br />Lexington Gardens Inc. - permission to sell Christmas trees, wreaths, <br />roping, etc. at 93 Hancock St. from December 10 to December 25, 1962. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Carpenito - permission to sell Christmas trees <br />and wreaths at 195 Woburn St. fFo—mDecember 8 to December 24, 1962. <br />Follen Church - permission to sell Christmas trees at 764 Massachu- <br />setts Ave. from December 8 through Dec. 23, 1962. <br />Elbert A. Fisher - permission to convey a portion of lot 58 on which <br />in comb ion w th o 59 at 12 Rangeway Rd. there is an existing structure, <br />to lot 57. <br />New England Tel. & Tel. Co. - permission to erect and maintain for a <br />period of one year a 607t. high aluminum allow tower with guys, antenna <br />structures and electrical communications materials on the roof of the tele- <br />phone exchange -building at 73 Waltham St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Richard's Lumber Co., Inc. - denied <br />Silvio Ponte - denied <br />Lexington Gardens, Inc. - granted <br />Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Carpenito - granted <br />Follen Church - granted <br />Elbert A. Fisher - granted <br />N.E. Tel and Tel Co. - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />under the name of each petitioner. <br />o <br />Ruth C.
