1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HERRINGS <br />June 19, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, June 19, 1962. <br />Present were Chairman.Nickerson, regular members Ballard and Ripley, <br />and associate members Hoyt and Wadsworth. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Lynn J Pollock for permission to erect an addition to dwelling at <br />30 York St. which will not have sufficient setback. <br />Mrs. Richard Tracey for permission to alter and make additions to <br />a non -conforming dwelling at 5 Butler Avenue. <br />Lex Wood Poultry Farms, Inc. for permission to change lot lines at <br />164 Wood St. which does not have sufficient area or frontage. <br />Marion B. Crane for permission to vary Sec. 8(a)2 of the Zoning by- <br />law of the Town of Lexington so that petitioner may sell Lots #7 and #8, <br />Block 17, Bertwell Rd., each lot being 30' x 1101, as a building lot 60' <br />X 110'. <br />Minola Black for permission to modify lot line of property on corner <br />of 11 Highland Ave. and Minola Rd. which would result in two lots with <br />insufficient area and the lot at 11 Highland Ave. would have insufficient <br />rear yard. <br />Hichael P. George to permission to maintain radio antenna 50' in <br />height, with insufficient side yard at 161 Concord Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Lynn J. Pollock - granted <br />Mrs. Richard Tracey - granted <br />Lex -Wood Poultry Farms, Inc. - granted <br />Marion B. Crane - denied <br />Minola Black - granted <br />Michael P.
