BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' .March 13, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, March 13, 1962, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing, Lexington. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Norris <br />and Ripley, and associate members Abbott and Wadsworth. <br />The following petitions stere heard: <br />Harold Johansson for permission to relocate existing house at 30 <br />Blossom Street on land remaining after State taking. <br />James L. Haded for permission to relocate existing house at 46 <br />Blossomcrest Road on land remaining after State taking. <br />Marie C. Stone for permission to erect a dwelling on Lots 20 and <br />21 Ward Street which would have insufficient setback on the abutting <br />street. <br />William H. Hamilton for permission to subdivide parcel of land on <br />the corner of Worthen Road and Massachusetts Avenue into two lots. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Harold Johansson - denied <br />James L. Haded - denied <br />Marie C. Stone - denied <br />William H.
