339 <br />D <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 19, 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September <br />19, 1961. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Emery, <br />Redman, Ballard, and associate member Norris. At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Vitold Kasetta - to replace and enlarge garage at 48 Woburn <br />St. which would ve ufficient rear yard. <br />Hunt Estates - to maintain two free-standing signs in parking <br />area at rear of builings numbered 1752-1768 Mass. Ave. <br />Lexington Lumber Corp. - to maintain existing free-standing <br />sign at 57 Bedford St.- <br />William L. & Helen F. Hetherington - to subdivide land at 23 <br />Robinson Rd. into two lots., one ofw which i has a structure on it, so as <br />to convey 21,403 sq.ft. to Lot 2 on Turning Mill Rd., leaving Lot at <br />23 Robinson Rd. with 93/100 acres, more or less, and a frontage of <br />115 ft. <br />' Ann M. Shanahan & Mary Elizabeth Shunney - to convey parcel <br />of land, currently part of lotat 5Z Pleasant. and consisting of <br />2,580 sq.ft., to property at 50 Pleasant St. <br />Ral h J. White - to maintain garage at 81 Woburn St. with in <br />sufficient Side yard. <br />The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. - to maintain existing <br />free-standing sign at 33 Bedfordt. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Vitold Kasetta - granted <br />Hunt Estates - granted <br />Lexington Lumber Corp. - granted <br />Wm. & Helen F. Hetherington - granted <br />Ann M. Shanahan & Nary Elizabeth Shunney - granted <br />Ralph J. White - denied <br />The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co.
