BOARD OF APPEALS HEAUNGS <br />August 8, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town. Office Building, on Tuesday, August 8, 1961. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard, Ripley and Redman, and <br />associate member Abbott. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon <br />the following petitions: <br />Douglas T. Ross - to construct a garage at 33 Dawes Rd. which <br />would not have SUrfielent setback. <br />Donald L. MacGillivray - to erect a single family dwelling on <br />lots 47, 4d., and 49 CINFIes. whish would not have required setback. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - to build a greenhouse of used steel and <br />glass, 100 rt. x 30 rt. at Lexington Nursery, 1265 Mass. Ave. <br />Otis N. Minot - to build a garage at 22 Eliot Rd. 22 ft. x 22 <br />ft. which would not ve sufficient side and rear yards. <br />George T. Sullivan - to build a single family dwelling on lots <br />1 and 2 and part of lot, numbered 60 Burlington St., which is in Manor <br />Section. <br />' Morris Bloombera - to maintain existing free-standing sign at <br />Marrett Rd. entrance or Morris Motors, 400 Waltham St. <br />Morris Bloomberg - to maintain existing free-standing sign at <br />Morris Mo ors, a ham St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Douglas T. Ross - granted <br />Donald L. MacGillivray - granted <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - granted <br />Otis N. Minot - granted <br />George T.
