MUM OF APPEALS REILRINGS <br />July 25, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 25, 1961. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard, Abbott and Hoyt, and asso- <br />ciate member Tucker. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the <br />following petitions: <br />s <br />Ralph B. and Mar aret V. Malone - to construct a single family <br />dwelling on lot 100j, which ronts on a way sometimes called Osgood Dr. <br />which does not constitute a street as defined under Sec. 2(g) of said <br />Zoning By-law. <br />Dr. William 0. Way - to replace existing porch into an all - <br />season room with another room above it at dwelling at 36 Percy Rd. <br />Ro r L. Bull - to construct a carport adjacent to existing <br />house at 7 Trottingrse Drive which would result in an insufficient <br />side yard. <br />Mahoney & DeVincent Builders Inc. - to subdivide lot 193 at <br />450 Woburn St. and attach , sq.ft. to lot 32 Marshall Rd., main- <br />taining 31,230 sq.ft* as lot 193• <br />Lexington Council #94, Knights of Columbus - to use property <br />at 177 Bedrord St. as a home for their organ za on. <br />At the close of.the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Ralph B. and Margaret V. Maloney - granted <br />Dr. William O. Way - granted <br />Roger L. Bull - granted <br />Mahoney & DeVincent Builders, Inc. - granted <br />Lexington Council #94, Knights of Columbus - granted <br />All pertinent material in regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Ruth C.
