BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />March 111, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Tann Office Building, on Tuesday, March 111, 1961. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ripley, Emery, Redman, and asso- <br />ciate member Ballard. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon <br />the following petitions: <br />C. H. MoGee - to erect an addition to existing building at 311 <br />Marrettould have insufficient side and rear yard and in- <br />sufficient parking area. <br />Homeland Realty, Inc.- to maintain free-standing sign at 1105 <br />Waltham St. <br />Ernest E. Outhet - to subdivide parcel of land at 25 Ivan St. <br />(lots 330 S_Vo wo lots, one of which has two existing struc- <br />tures on it and neither of which would have the required area and front- <br />age. <br />Roslind E. Babcock - to maintain dwelling at 25 Fottler Ave. <br />with insufficient se c . <br />' At the close;nf the hearings an Executive Session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />C. H. McGee - denied <br />Homeland Realty, Inc. - denied <br />Ernest E. Outhet - granted <br />Roslind E.
