1 <br />BO&RD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 28, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen' <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, February 28, 1961. Present <br />were Chairman Nickerson and regular members Ripley, Emery, Redman and <br />Ballard. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Louis Q. Bianchi - to create an apartment in basement of <br />dwelling at 23 Tufts 10. <br />Bernard A. Lange <br />d.e - tit create an apartment in basement of dwell- <br />ing ing at 23 Tufts Rd. <br />Ralph J. White - to maintain a garage at 81 Woburn St. with <br />insufficient side yard. <br />John H. Millican - to remove present retail building and tem- <br />porary shelter and rep ce with a permanent structure, approximately <br />75 ft. x 100 ft. at 93 Hancock Street. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Louis V. Bianchi - denied <br />Bernard A. Lange - denied <br />Ralph J. White - denied <br />John H.
