291 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEADINGS <br />November 15, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 35, 1960 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Tomo Office Building. At 7;30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Adam Grier - to erect house on Lot 85 on Roosevelt Rd. having <br />insuffi ent rrantage. <br />William T. Yelland - to erect addition to non -conforming house at <br />753chool Streetw c would have a side yard of 8-1/2 ft. instead of <br />the required 10 ft. <br />Philip P. Spencer - to maintain dwelling at bl Asbury St. which <br />has inaurrzclenti sesoacec from the corner street. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached; <br />Adam Grigor - denied <br />William T.
