BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' July 263 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 26, 1960 in <br />the Selectmen+s Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were <br />declared open on the following petitions: <br />Mary L. Burri - to operate a play nursery in her home at 14 <br />HollandST-.7"or c�`Fi dren 4 and 5 years of age, from 8:30 to 12:00 five <br />days a week. <br />George J. DeVries - to build a swimming pool on approximately five <br />acres ofland' Off Fairlawn Lane. <br />Paul Usik - to erect a garage at 29 Pleasant St. which would have <br />insuffi—cle—F—WRback and side yard. <br />Domenic Gabriele - to subdivide lot at 106 Laconia St. into two <br />lots, one of w a structure on it with insufficient side yard. <br />Neither lot would have sufficient area or frontage. <br />Richard D. Hamilton - to subdivide parcel of lard at corner of Reed <br />and Ash S re t o our lots, one of which has a structure on it, and <br />none of which would have sufficient area or frontage. <br />' At the close of the heaaings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Mary L. Burri - granted <br />George J. DeVries - granted <br />Paul Usik - denied <br />Domenic Gabriele - denied <br />Richard D.
