BOARD OF APPEALS HFAMGS <br />' ,Tune 213, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, 'J:u it, e, 21, 1960 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Lillian Viano - to erect an addition to existing garage at 86 <br />Meriam SSt.wfiichwonld not have sufficient setback or side yard. <br />Stuart C. Broderic - to expand in width a single car garage at 25 <br />Fair Oaks Dr. to -Ye -come aj two -car garage which wood come within 10.11 <br />of the left-hand side yard instead of the required 151. <br />Eva S. Glick - to operate a non-sectarian nursery school at the <br />Jewish Communityy Center at 1508 Mass. Ave. <br />Dana A. Regillo - to subdivide Lot #47 at 16 Laconia St. upon <br />which there ie an existing structure. Such subdivision would result in <br />two lots, neither of which would have sufficient frontage, and one of <br />which would have insufficient area. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decesions were made: <br />' Lillian Viano - granted <br />Stuart C. Broderic - granted <br />Eva S. Glick - granted <br />Dana A. REgillo - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each folder. <br />Ruth C.
