b <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />April 12, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, April 12, 1960, in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: <br />Russell E. Carroll - to operate a dry cleaning business at 168 <br />Bedfor or purpose of cleaning and refinishing clothing and <br />other miscellaneous items. <br />Joseph A. Busa - to operate a roadside stand on farmland, 52 <br />Lowell Sts, for the sale of produce and flowers grown on premises. <br />Oriel Defelice Jr. - to build a single family dwelling on Lots 1-3 <br />corner U -Med aw Myrtle Sts. with 16'10" from chimney to side street <br />line. <br />Ra�ther�n_Oesman - to subdivide a parcel of land at 960 Waltham St. <br />into two lots each the area required but having insufficient <br />frontage. <br />J. S. Nason Whitney'- to erect an additoion to a dwelling at 21 <br />Woodla oa w chi w- not have the required setback and side yard. <br />Lawrence V. Giusti, Jr. - to build a ranch type house on Lot 1 <br />' and paA__oT Lot 2 In Block 31, next to resident at 22 Burlington st. which <br />would be 25 ft. from the street instead of the required 30 ft. and the <br />side yard would be 8 ft. <br />Walter G. Black - to subdivide lot at corner of 11 Highland Ave.and <br />Minola Rd'�Me within the lot existing garage structure with a <br />rear yard of 8 ft; and also for permission to erect dwelling on Lot 1A <br />which would not have required side yard. Neither lot would comply with <br />area requirements. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Russell E. Carroll - denied <br />Joseph A. Busa - granted <br />Onel Defelice, Jr. —granted <br />Kathryn Oesman - granted <br />J. S. Nason Whitney - granted <br />Lawrence V. Giusti, Jr. - granted <br />Walter G. Black - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />in each individual folder. <br />Ruth C. Brodhead, Clerk <br />
