D <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEAUNGS <br />April 5, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, April 5, 1960, in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: <br />N. J. McCormack - to subdivide a parcel of land at 475 Concord Ave. <br />into twoo s, onwhich has three structures on it, the dwelling hav- <br />ing insufficient setback. Both lots would have insufficient frontage. <br />Ra and F. Hale - to add a 3 ft. extension to the front end of <br />garage at Y( School St. which will make distance from street line 22 ft. <br />William J. Corcoran - to operate a welding shop at 36 rear Waltham <br />St. to do we such as wrought iron railings, etc. All welding <br />to be done inside the building. <br />William H. Hamilton - to create two new building lots, C and D, on <br />which dwellings now exis$, at 24 and 26 Freemont St. <br />H= J. Travers - to erect a temporary addition to a non -conforming <br />building at 4U Earl. <br />Mrs. Mary Walsh - to permit second class construction for the addi- <br />tion to the a wn Nurshing Home at 265 Lowell St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />M. J. McCormack - denied <br />Raymond F. Hale - granted <br />William J. Corcoran - denied <br />William H. Hamilton - granted <br />Henry J. Travers - granted <br />Mrs. Mary Walsh - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />in each individual folder. <br />Ruch C.
