ARD OF APPEALS HEA.RINCS <br />March 15, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, March 15, 1960, in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: <br />Reginald A. Wood - to maintain existing dwelling at 6 Park St. which <br />has inscyard. <br />Mrs. Anne Zi olo - to erect a sign 30" x 16 ft. over the entrance <br />to the restaurant at 1720 Mass. Ave. <br />Raytheon Co. - to erect a temporary sign 251 long and 101 high on <br />petitioners property. Said sign to be located approximately 325 ft. <br />distant from Spring St. and 200 ft. distant from Rte. 2. <br />The Mitre Corp. - to use the basement of its leased premises at 443 <br />Marret Rte. or�fie purpose of testing, experimenting and repairing various <br />types of air -borne radar and other electronic equipment. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Reginald A. Wood - denied <br />' Dennis Byrne - granted <br />Mrs. Anne Zirpolo - denied <br />Raytheon Co. - denied <br />Mitre Corp. - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />in each individual folder. <br />Rath C.
