C� <br />1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 26, 1960 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, January 26, 1960, <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Eleanor and Arnold Stern - to maintain structure and erect an <br />addition at 11 Woodcliffe Rd.,With insufficient front yard. <br />John R. Gillis - to operate a manufacturer's agency business under. <br />the.name o s ssociates at his home, 112 Pleasant St. <br />Sun'Oil Co. - to install 1 A-2717 Cantilever Sign at 435 Marrett Rd. <br />Ite�k Cc oration - to erect two temporary directional signs, one at <br />the cooing ng Sg t. and Rte. 2, and one at the entrance to company <br />property on Spring St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Eleanor and Arnold Stern - granted <br />John R. Gillis - denied <br />Sun Oil Co. - denied <br />Itek Corp. - sign at entrance to company property on Spring St. <br />granted, sign at corner of Spring St. and Rte. 2 denied. <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />in each individual folder. <br />Ruth C.
