5. <br />BOARD OF APPEALS REARINGS <br />December 22, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, December 22, 1959 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Alfred S. Bus& - to erect two single family dwellings on Lots 90-94, <br />inclusive, emar a Ave., dwellings to have 20 ft. front yard rather <br />than 30 ft. as required. <br />John S. Ro�b - to maintain structure at 16 Barberry Rd. which does <br />not have surriclent front yard. <br />Joseph R. Evans - to maintain structure at 8 Green Lane with insuf- <br />ficien root "side yards. <br />Robert K. Jeremiah - to maintain structure at 109 Simonds Rd. with <br />side yard o ead of the required 12 ft. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Alfred S. Busa - 'ranted <br />John S. Robey - granted <br />Joseph R. Evans - granted <br />Robert K.
