J <br />BDARD OF APPEALS HFAR NGS <br />November 17, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 17, 19593 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions; <br />Herbert Moller - to build an addition to house at 22 Winchester Dr. <br />which would not haW sufficient front yard. <br />Karl B. Anderson - to use a portion of a dwelling to be built on Lot <br />#8 Cooke Rd. as a commercial artist's studio. <br />Robert W. Swanson - to erect an addition to existing house at 36 <br />Charles St. which w not have sufficient side yard. <br />Ra peon Co. - to erect a sign 25 ft. long and 10 ftA high on <br />petitioner's property, said sign to be located approximately 30o ft. dis- <br />tant from Spring St. and 20 ft. distant from Route 2. <br />Roland and Irene Wardrobe - to vary Sec.8(b), la(1), (2) and b of <br />the Zoning By-law., said var once pertaining to insufficient front and side <br />yard, and parking area for existing building at 803 Mass. Ave. <br />' At the close of the hearings an Executive 1Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Herbert Moller - granted <br />Karl B. Anderson - granted <br />Robert W. Swanson - granted <br />Raytheon Company - denied <br />Roland & Irene Wardrobe - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />In each individual folder. <br />Ruth C.
