2 9. <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />October 27, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 27, 1959 <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Domenic and Assunta Baia - to maintain structure at 23 Dane Rd. with <br />insuf c en s e ya . <br />Justin Shea - to remove soil from his property at 517 Mass. Ave. <br />Mrs. Ma Walsh - to alter and erect an addition to the Fairlawn <br />Nursing Home at owell St., Lexington <br />George R. Forbes - to erect a dwelling with insufficient front yard <br />at 15 crescent Ave., Lexington <br />Chester R. Banks - to erect an addition to: dwelling at 7 Summer St. <br />which would ave sufficient rear yard. <br />Saul G. Cohen - to erect a garage on Lot 17A, 39 Moon Hill Rd. <br />which wiIlnotea�ply with frontage setback requirements. <br />Joseph R. Evans - to maintain structure at 8 Green Lane with insuf- <br />ficient ront a she yards. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Domenic and Assunta Baia - granted <br />` Justin Shea - granted <br />Mrs. Mary Walsh - granted <br />George R. Forbes - granted <br />Cheater R. Banks - granted <br />Saul G. Cohen - granted <br />Joseph R.
