24@5 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' October 13, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals will hold hearings on Tuesday, October 15, <br />1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following <br />petitions: <br />A. P. Sirord - to erect a sign on front face of building at 395- <br />401 Lori . w 'ch would be entire length of building and would extend <br />UP above marquee. <br />Rose Massucco Metzer - to put a trailer on lots 29 and 30 Valley <br />Rd. to be used as a MM - <br />Busa Realty Trust - to erect a single family dwelling with in- <br />sufficient front yard on lots 44 and 45 Cliffe Ave. <br />Thomas McLallan - to erect a four room dwelling with insufficient <br />rear and side ya son lot 46 Cummings Ave. <br />Bri m's Inc. - to maintain awning with the word "Brigham'sn <br />across the front., approx. 10 ft. x 4 ft. and also to maintain canvas cover- <br />ing%nn the windows, which is removable. <br />Mrs. Tofa W. Shiralla - to operate a nursery school for children <br />ages 3 and 4 years, in her Fome at 52 North Hancock St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />A. P. Sword - granted <br />Rose Massucco Metzer - denied <br />Buse Realty Trust - granted <br />Thomas McLallan - withdrawn. <br />Brigham's, Inc. - denied <br />Mrs. Tofa W.
