BOAFD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 15, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September 15, <br />1959, in the SelectmeA's Room, Town Office Building, on the following <br />petitions: <br />Comwun�it Nurse School - to extend use and enlarge building at <br />2325 Massae s s Avenue. <br />Alexander Tammaro - to maintain existing home at 28 Sherburne Rd. <br />with 24-6 ft. rather than the required 30 ft. setback. <br />Battle Green Inn Inc. - to erect a canvas awning 30 ft. long <br />and exten approx mtele g 8 ft. over sidewalk, 1720-1722 Mass. Ave., <br />and containing the words „Motel„ on either side and "Battle Green Inns <br />on the front. <br />G. Rath and Paul J. McCormack - to erect a one-story building with <br />basemenVTo--r—p—ro—fessfonal offices according to specifications and plans <br />submitted, at 789 Mass. Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Community Nursery School - granted <br />Alexander Tammaro - granted <br />Battle Green Inn, Inc. — denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Wilhelmina G.
