I I <br />1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 11. 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, August 11, 1959, <br />in the Selectments Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Arlmont Laundry, Inc. - to operate a Dry Cleaning Plant in a <br />proposeT additlon to exst ng building, 319 Woburn St. <br />Robert Ma oli - to erect a sign �4" x 36" of wood, painted <br />black as�wT3 on a 4 x 4 ten foot pole, at 36 Waltham St. <br />Craft Cleansers Inc. - to erect two secondary signs, having a <br />length in excess Or tthsof the width of the store wall, and a princi- <br />pal sign on the building located on Edison Way, known as 1707 Massahhu- <br />setts Avenue, by attaching the principal sign and one secondary sign to <br />the roof of the marquee in front of a parapet proposed to be added to the <br />building and by attaching the second secondary sign to the ceiling of the <br />marquee. <br />Vine Brook Rea lt Trust - to approve the locus of the parcel of <br />land situated on the southeasterly side of Waltham St. and northeasterly <br />side of the proposed extension of Worthen Rd. and also approval of the <br />site plan, plans and building designs herewith filed all in accordance <br />with the provisions of the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached; <br />Arlmont Laundry, Inc. - denied <br />Robert DiNapoli - denied <br />Craft Cleansers, Inc. - granted <br />Vivre Brook Realty Trust - denied: <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Thelma G.
