1 <br />1 <br />July 7, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 7, 1959, <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Tcan Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Associates Realty Trust - to construct and erect on land of the <br />petitioner abutting Houle 21L and Rte. 128, a "9'" shaped, illuminated, <br />painted ground Bulletin, for the Lexington Inn. <br />Charter House of Mass. Inc. - to erect and maintain a sign 12 ft. <br />wide by d ft. high with bottomo sign approximately 3 ft. from the <br />ground. Sign to have green background and white letters made of "Scotch <br />lite" similar to state signs, and to be placed facing southbound traffic, <br />on Lot #12 at the end of Patterson Road. <br />John Brucchi - to operate an exclusive school of horsemanship. <br />No lessons will unsupervised, a minimum. rate per lesson will be $5., <br />no rented horses will be allowed off the premises and all cars belonging <br />to pupils will be parked in the rear yard. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Associates Realty Trust - denied <br />Charter House of Mass., Inc. - denied <br />John Brucchi - denied <br />An pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Thelma G.
