233 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />jure 16, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, June 16, 1959, <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Gulf Oil Corporation - to erect a free standing sign for gasoline <br />service FEMME amitt Road and Waltham St. <br />William Place - to extend building permit for a temporary struc- <br />ture in rear yas, Tower Road. <br />Lexington Park Trust - to erect a sign with dimensions of approx. <br />51 x 101., fabricaof metal, at a location on Route 2 within the Lex- <br />ington Office Research Park. <br />Richard H. Soule,- to erect a place of business of a builder, eon - <br />tractor And on a parcel of land at northwest intersection of <br />corner of Lowell and North Sts. <br />Jae ueline Dermod - to reduce frontage of Lot C, 15 Valley Rd. <br />by 15 M in o er to transfer a parcel of land containing 115 sq.ft., <br />plus or minus, to abutting Lot B. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Gulf Oil Corp. - denied <br />William Place - granted <br />Lexington Park Trust - granted <br />Richard H.
